Crypto Facilities SSL Certificate Update

Completed - This scheduled SSL Certificate Update will be postponed until further notice.

Scheduled - At 10:30 UTC on 12th November 2024 (today), the SSL certificate for api.cryptofacilities.com will be updated. This certificate update should be instant.

- Any connection to wss://api.cryptofacilities.com/ws/v1 will be disconnected and will be served a different certificate upon reconnection
- Websocket connections to the following will be disconnected and will need to be reconnected, but will not be served a different certificate:
* futures.kraken.com
* cryptofacilities.com
* api.futures.kraken.com

UI and REST API requests will be unaffected

Investigating - We have received reports of clients experiencing issues with account log history through the following HTTP endpoints:
- /account-log
- /accountlogcsv

All other HTTP endpoints seem to be unaffected. Our team is investigating this. We will keep you updated through this page.
